The basic unit is designed to allow fitment of one of the three main lead screw types of machine screw, ball screw or planetary roller screw. Each of these types is available in translating or rotating screw configuration. From this point the number of possible variants grows exponentially to meet customer solutions and include anti-backlash, anti-rotation, safety nut, motor drive, limit switches and even a complete stainless steel version. The screw jacks are installed singularly or as part of multi-unit jacking systems. Since the E-Series range of screw jacks extends to a design with a nominal capacity of up to 3500 kN, the potential actuation force of a jacking system is massive.
